What is an author's copy?

An artist’s copy is a pictorial reproduction made entirely by hand on canvas, which reproduces a famous work respecting its style, technique and proportions, without being passed off as an original.

Are the works hand-painted or printed?

All works are hand-painted in oil on canvas, they are not prints or digital reproductions.

What is the quality of your copies?

The copies are made in museum quality. We produce exclusively hand-painted works using the oil on canvas technique. Each work is carefully crafted down to the smallest detail by expert artists to convey the same texture and depth of the original masterpiece. The result is a high-quality, authentic fake.

What does museum quality mean?

In museums, you often see pieces crafted with meticulous attention to detail. This level of craftsmanship is achieved when the reproduction follows the original step by step. Similar techniques emerge almost naturally during the work. Figures and nuances remain very close to those of the artist. Sometimes it’s difficult to distinguish what’s new from what’s old.

Are the dimensions the original ones?

Yes, upon request we produce the works in the original dimensions of the painting, or in custom sizes.

Do the works have a certificate or stamp?

To ensure transparency, each painting bears the ‘Author’s Copy’ stamp on the back and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity of the reproduction.

Is it possible to customize colors or details?

Yes, it is possible to agree on color tones, finishes and details, respecting the original work.

How long does it take to make a painting?

Production times vary depending on size and complexity, but on average 20 to 40 working days.

Are the works shipped safely?

Yes, we use professional custom packaging and insured shipping, even for large formats and foreign destinations.

Where can I see examples of your work?
